<p>Signs of a stroke, do you have any idea of what they may be? They<br />
can come quite suddenly or gradually, but usually they occur<br />
suddenly and need immediate attention to prevent further<br />
damage to the brain and body. A stroke happens when the blow<br />
flow to the brain is blocked thus it called sometimes as a brain<br />
stroke. This can be a blood clot moving through the brain<br />
causing damage to the cells as it cuts off their supply of blood<br />
to function properly.</p>

<p>The signs of a stroke can be sudden numbness in the hands,<br />
feet and side of the face, unable to talk or walk, and possibly a<br />
sudden sever headache that comes out of the blue, please<br />
don&#8217;t take an aspirin because this my cause excess bleeding<br />
in the brain. Call for help immediately by dialing 911, the<br />
faster you respond, the less likely there will be permanent<br />
damage to a persons body.</p>

more fresh water, if you smoke, quit, and only drink alcohol in<br />
moderation if you like a cocktail at any time.</p>

All three of these need to be balanced to prevent heart attack<br />
and strokes, when one or the others become too elevated, we<br />
can experience health challenges. When we eat far too many<br />
carbohydrates of the unhealthy ones, fat accumulates in our<br />
bodies and this causes our triglycerides to rise to unhealthy<br />
levels. Triglyceride levels below 150 are usually great. Its<br />
when they climb above 150 into several hundreds that our<br />
cardiovascular disease is on the risky levels of our life.</p>
<p>Yes, we can drop our high triglycerides with a change in diet<br />
and adding exercise to our daily schedules. I know because<br />
I have done it and it does work. You will need to maintain a<br />
healthy lifestyle that includes lots of raw fruits and raw<br />
vegetables, organic seeds and nuts, especially ones with<br />
high levels of omega3&#8242;s, extra lean proteins that include<br />
raw salmon and sardines, if you want to eat beef, go for the<br />

vinegar in my water several times per day, its a great refreshing<br />
