Heart Health & Foods

by admin on August 18, 2010

Heart health & foods go hand in hand-what we eat and drink daily is what affects our heart health. The amount of greasy fried foods, the amounts of white flours we eat, the foods and drink that are filled with all kinds of sugars, such as high frutose corn syrups, and all those salty foods filled with sodium soon will cause all sorts of cardiovascular diseases. These foods cause our blood pressures to rise, our blood sugars to be come unstable and leads to diabetes and the fat that builds up in our arteries can cause strokes leading to death.

Heart disease is the number one killer of all ages. Have you noticed that younger and younger people are dying of heart attacks? Do you ever wonder why this is happening? Do you pay attention to the commercials begging us to buy all kinds of products that are full of added sugars, sodium’s and over cooked and processed with dangerous preservatives?

Heart health & foods of today are full of toxins so we need to make sure we are consuming organic raw fruits and raw vegetables, organic seeds and nuts, using the healthy oils such as macadamia nut, flax seed oils, extra virgin olive oils and coconut oils in our salad dressings and stir-frying of our foods.

Heart health & foods consumed will keep us healthy or take us down the road to obesity, too much fats flowing through our blood causing high triglycerides , high blood pressure and strokes.
