today? Because its something that most people today don&#8217;t<br />
think they have or can happen to them. 20 to 30 years ago,<br />
it was something that happened to <em>old folks</em>, now its<br />
happening to persons in their 20&#8242;s, 30&#8242;s and 40&#8242;s.</p>
<p>Just this week in my local area, a man 36 years old had a<br />
fatal heart attack, leaving 2 sons in high school to carry on<br />
life without their father. Not all persons with high blood<br />
pressure become a victim of the silent killer-high blood<br />
pressure, but enough that we all need to take our health<br />
matters seriously.</p>
<p>Eating a diet rich in raw foods, eating unsalted organic seeds<br />
and nuts, fiber rich foods, lean proteins and drinking lots of<br />
water will put us on the path to amazing health. Adding<br />
