Causes of high blood pressure can be the result of what we eat and
drink on a daily basis. We, as Americans, eat too many fast foods
loaded with unhealthy sugars such as corn syrups and deep fat
fried foods, as we think we are too busy to eat healthy raw foods. Convenience has made us over weight, made our blood pressures
rise and our triglycerides on the high side-that is too much fat in
our blood.

A dietary change that includes lots of raw fruits, raw vegetables,
organic seeds and nuts, beans and legumes for our proteins and
lots of clean water along with an exercise regiment that gets us
moving will strengthen our heart muscle and help keep that fat
from being a problem in our blood and also on our bodies.
