			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Blood pressure, health tips to bring blood pressure down and to stop it before it becomes an issue should be on lots of peoples mind these days as high blood pressure and hypertension are the leading causes of death in millions of Americans due to the diet and lack of exercise that we practice. Wouldn&#8217;t it be nice to avoid expensive medications that have side effects that almost worse than the issue. They do not address the blood pressure cause or the cause of hypertension that does so much destruction to our lives and how our bodies perform for the rest of our lives.</p>

We eat out lots more at restaurants and fast-food chain places and they do not watch how much salt they put on our foods, the sugars we know nothing about, the oils they cook with and how often they change the oils they fry the foods in. I can&#8217;t get into this to much… because hubby wants the check book….that raises his blood pressure &#8230;</p>
