Prevent heart disease by boosting the immune system is important
to our health matters now. We can prevent heart disease and
improve immune systems by adding exercise to our daily regiment.

Can it really be this simple? Yes, as exercise increases the heart rate
causing blood to flow throughout the body more for better
circulation and this can also reduce blood pressure, reduce
cholesterol and high triglycerides, and this improves our heart health.

Disease

In fact, 12% of all deaths in the U.S. are attributable to lack of regular
physical activity, including at least a doubling of the risk for heart
attacks or sudden cardiac death. How does exercise contribute to
improved heart health? …

Let’s also prevent heart disease by including lots of raw foods, cut
back or out totally all sugar loaded foods and drinks, add that much
needed exercise for the heart muscle and other muscles as well,
decrease the extra weight that is dangerous for the heart and veins,
drink lots more water to increase the blow flow as dehydration is
also a heart health risk.

Prevent heart disease tips are most important as heart disease is the number one killer of women and men today and becoming a huge issue for our children. A diet full of saturated fats, if one smokes, doesn’t exercise on a regular basis to increase the heart rate are the major reasons for heart disease.

This video is quite informational on how to prevent heart disease and offers lots of tips and lessons on dealing with issues that can cause heart disease:

When we consume to many junk foods loaded with unhealthy sugars and sodium’s we can count on heart disease for the whole family. A diet filled with organic raw fruits and organic raw vegetables, raw nuts and seeds, very lean proteins, especially the legumes. We may need to find organic supplements as sometimes our foods are depleted of the micro nutrients and essential vitamins and minerals for our heart health matters.

What we eat will eventually show up in our bodies as some sort of heart disease, whether it be in the form of high blood pressure, hypertension, diabetes, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases.

Look and listen to this ladies testimony on what eating a healthy diet filled with whole foods can do to heal and repair our bodies:

Prevent heart disease by adding lots of fiber to your diets. This can be accomplished by adding lots of raw fruits and raw vegetables, organic nuts and extra lean proteins. When we think of fiber we seem to think it is something awful, possibly something very hard to swallow or drink, when it is actually plentiful in lots of fresh fruits and fresh vegetables.

What a great time of year to visit your local farmers markets and pick up fresh organic produce, wash eat and enjoy it almost immediately. Saves on preparation and preparing foods in the hot kitchen this time of year also.

Here is a neat video on what fiber is and how it benefits us to keep our bodies clean, our colons cleansed, and our weight in balance and yes, possibly lose a few pounds:

High Fiber Foods – Healthy Weight Loss

Naturopathic Doctors strongly suggest that we increase roughage (fiber) in our diets. The latest holistic medical research suggests the high incidence of heart disease, diabetes, bowel disease, hernia and diverticulitis in western countries on a lack of dietary fiber in the diet. How much dietary fiber are you consuming on a daily basis? Americans usually avoid high fiber diets because of a concern that it will increase gas levels and bloating. As a matter of fact eating fiber will help the …

I hope you enjoyed the information of fiber in your diet and hopefully the importance of its ability to help us prevent heart diseases as well. Heart disease is one of the number on killers of people today as we have seen on our news channels as two persons in their early 50′s have died of heart disease.

Take a stand, make a difference!

It’s your heart!

What you eat has a huge impact on how to prevent heart disease and keep your heart healthy. Fiber in our diets is a must to keep us healthy, if your systems are all full of toxins, all the diseases and things showed to you in the video are happening to us today.
