Reducing hypertension will definitely involve our diets and we need to reduce sodium in our cooking and adding salt at the table to all of our foods. Season with herbs, either dried or fresh, lemon juice, freshly chopped garlic and onions for amazing flavor enhancers and offering us great healthy benefits.
Mediation, yoga and prayer will also help us as we slow down for several minutes a day for this to happen. So when am I going to squeeze that into my busy schedule? A tip is to set the alarm for an hour earlier and take this time for oneself. It is one of those lifestyle changes that you can make for reducing hypertension.
