Why Should I Care About Heart Food

Heart food is important from the time our babies starting eating
foods as the heart is their lifeline to healthy living and all of their
health matters now. Are you serious? you say. Yes, what they
eat and digest, just like us adults affects their heart health
matters, their immune systems, their kidney health, their brain
health, their ability to study, their weight controls and the list
goes on.

Heart food is so important to all of us that, did you know that
your young people probably will not live to a ripe old age, due
to food that they are consuming today!

Heart food is to important as we all start developing heart risks
at such an early age now, due to all the processed foods we are
eating, the fast foods like cookies and chips, the drinks with all
of the high fructose syrups included in them and our lack of
fiber rich foods and all those raw foods with those enzymes to
digest our foods properly.

Heart food needs to be taken seriously as more children are
dying young to high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes
and obesity then ever before in our history. This all starts by
what they are eating and how much they are eating that is not
healthy for their health matters.
