It is one of the Healthy foods to heal our bodies as it contains 16% of our daily dietary fiber, 15% of the necessary Vitamin C to support our immune systems, 11% of the potassium for our heart health which may lower our blood cholesterol and keep us form all kinds of heart disease and stroke, regulation of our water in our bodies, maintain a healthy blood pressure and help with our acidity levels. It also contains the very important Vitamin B6.
