of energy. Our liver is one of the most important organs we have<br />
and needs special attention just like our heart does. We can not<br />
live properly without either one. Our liver does our constant<br />
housekeeping to keep our bodies cleansed, our blood clean, our<br />
digestive in great operating order and these are just a few of our<br />
liver&#8217;s tasks.</p>
<p>Everything that enters our bodies, whether through the foods we<br />
eat, the drinks we consume, the air we breathe, the material we<br />
put on our hands, face, and bodies, the environment we are in, all<br />
puts our liver &amp; health to a huge challenge. This it is why its so<br />
important to eat lots of raw foods to help keep the liver healthy<br />
and working on our behalf constantly. Drinking lots of water equal<br />
to have our body weight in ounces is critical to help the liver<br />
cleanse our bodies of all those toxins.</p>
<p>Liver and its health are important to our heart health matters as<br />
