combination when it come to our heart health matters. When<br />
potassium and over salting the foods we eat are not kept in a good<br />
balance we can experience cardiovascular diseases such as a heart<br />
attack and or a stroke.l This is critical to keep our potassium foods<br />
on the menu daily.</p>
<p>When we can balance our low potassium levels and keep them in<br />
the normal range, we can deal with sodium. Most all processed<br />
foods such as chips of any kind and canned foods all contain lots of<br />
sodium and challenge our heart health matters, even to the point<br />
of death.</p>
<p>We are addicted to the salty taste of foods and this is something<br />
we need to challenge ourselves to gradually give up on.  Adding<br />
all kinds of herbs for flavoring will bring great health benefits. It<br />
can be done! Start by taking the salt shaker off the table. Cook<br />
your foods without adding salt, they will taste a bit different at<br />
first so add a splash of lemon juice and sodium free spices to bring<br />
out their true flavors.</p>
<p>Eat more raw foods to manage low potassium such as carrots,<br />
bananas, swiss chard, yams, spinach, av0coda, grapes, if you use<br />
milk switch to the low fat ones, and yogurt to increase potassium<br />

<p>Signs and Symptoms of a Stroke</p>
<p>Strokes today are the third largest cause of death here in these United States. Strokes are<br />
caused by  blockage in the arteries causing blood flow to be disrupted or blood clotting that<br />
disrupts proper flow of blood to the brain.</p>
<p>To help ourselves be healthy we need to eat a diet rich in raw fruits and vegetables to be on<br />
the safe side.<br />
This video offers a different perspective on what a healthy diet needs to include to avoid<br />

<p>Strokes are the third leading cause of death in the US. Dr. Dahlman&#8217;s video explains stroke<br />
symptoms and signs of a stroke which are sudden numbness or weakness of the face, arms<br />
or leg, especially on one side of the body. Other stroke symptoms can be sudden confusion,<br />
trouble speaking or loss of coordination. Stroke symptoms that occur for a short period<br />
of time are signs of a mini stroke and are called a transient ischemic attack (TIA).</p>
