<p>Check your family history, your race all can be involved and it appears also on your age. The darker the skin tone, the more likelihood you will develop high blood pressure and also earlier in life.</p>
<p>The older Americans get, the more likely that hypertension risks and high blood pressure becomes. We, women are more likely to develop high blood pressure and hypertension risks after menopause. Now men, on the other hand, are always at a higher risk of hypertension and having high blood pressures. They seem to develop high blood pressure and hypertension risks between the ages of 35 to 50 years and it seems to increase their risks the older they become.</p>
<p>Weight control in women and men seems to be the best control of hypertension risks and high blood pressure. Watch what you eat! Leave processed, salt and sugar loaded foods alone, don&#8217;t drink too much alcohol and of course leave all fatty foods off the menu.</p>
