A whopping one third of all adults in the US live their lives
completely unaware of the fact that they may need to lower
their Blood Pressure. High Blood Pressure is a condition
that can sometime be entirely symptom free,
notwithstanding the fact that it is the leading cause of
heart attack and stroke related deaths. It is very important
to take care of our body, and one way to do this is to
educate ourselves on the symptoms, causes, remedies and
ways to identify High Blood Pressure so that find out if we
actually do suffer from the effects of this dangerous condition.

High blood pressure and hypertension are classified as the
most frequent sources of fatalities by heart attack and
cerebrovascular accidents and as you know, one third of all
people in America currently have this problem. Convention
treatment of hypertension comes in the form of prescription
medication which often times have the unwelcome possibility
of serious side effects and quite possibly a diminished quality
of lifestyle. Fortunately, in addition to conventional therapies
there are all natural solutions available out there which are a
lot more attractive and are in fact encouraged by the
American Heart Association.

Lowering your blood pressure is not as hard as it sounds. In
fact a visit to your doctor will certainly put your mind at ease
with regards to any anxiety you might feel about your
condition. A healthy diet and exercise is probably something
that will be suggested during your visit with your doctor as
well as a suggestion that you should try to lose weight if you
carry a few extra pounds or more. Make sure to ask about
alternative options as well.

One of the most important aspects to consider while looking
for ways to lower high blood pressure, is always to check for
the causes of high blood pressure and endeavor to stop them
or perhaps remove them. The most frequent factors behind
high blood pressure are generally unhealthy weight,
smoking cigarettes, alcoholism, anxiety, age, exercise-free
life-style, and so forth. For that reason, when you make an
effort to reduce the causes, you’re going to be successful in
lowering blood pressure by natural means. Today I want to
have a look at the techniques in greater detail.

1. Stick to a healthy diet plan
2. Train routinely
3. Cut down on stress
4. Give up smoking
5. If you think about it, there are probably a number of
aspects in your lifestyle that should be modified.

Modifications made to your life-style as suggested above
will help to quickly decrease blood pressure. It is
important that you stay well informed and become active
in how you decide to control this condition.

In summary, we live in a day and age where websites
abound with information about just about anything.
Whilst these resources are extremely valuable and we
do indeed suggest a couple of them ourselves, nothing
can replace the knowledge of a medically trained
doctor who should be your first port of call.
Don’t ignore High Blood Pressure. Get as much Blood

In many cases, high blood pressure (or hypertension) is something
people live with for a long time before it’s finally diagnosed. The
only way to be sure is to have your blood pressure checked, as
hypertension does not necessarily have warning signs. Let’s look at
some of the known causes of high blood pressure to help you
protect yourself.

One high blood pressure cause that you can control is smoking.
Smokers are more likely to have high blood pressure, and to
develop heart disease than non-smokers. The reasons that
smokers often have high blood pressure and heart problems is
that smoking blocks the arteries. As you might expect, someone
who smokes frequently is more likely to have high blood
pressure than an occasional smoker. Yet smoking at all, and
even second hand smoke can pose risks as well. Fortunately,
even if you’re a long time smoking, if you quit you can reverse
many health problems, including hypertension.

 hopfeed_rows=5;
 hopfeed_cols=1;
 hopfeed_font="Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, Sans Serif";
 hopfeed_font_size="9pt";
 hopfeed_font_color="#000000";
 hopfeed_border_color="#FFFFFF";
 hopfeed_link_font_color="#3300FF";
 hopfeed_link_font_hover_color="#3300FF";
 hopfeed_background_color="#FFFFFF";
 hopfeed_keywords="high OR blood OR pressure";
 hopfeed_path="http://irenefk.hopfeed.com";
 hopfeed_link_target="_blank";

Heavy drinkers of alcohol are putting themselves at risk for
hypertension. You may have heard that light drinking, of wine in
particular, is good for your heart health, but this only refers to one
or two drinks. However, it’s also true that people who consume
more than two alcoholic beverages per day have a higher risk of
health problems such as high blood pressure. This issue is further
complicated by the fact that many people have trouble limiting
themselves when it comes to alcohol, and are better off abstaining.
In other words, one or two drinks may be good for your blood
pressure, but more than this has the opposite effect and should be
avoided.

In some cases, various drugs and medications can cause high
blood pressure. Users of street drugs such as crack and
amphetamines often have high blood pressure. Yet you can also
have your blood pressure raised by taking certain prescription
drugs, such as birth control pills and many others. Some people
even have their blood pressure elevated by taking various OTC
substances, including nasal decongestants. If your blood
pressure is high, make sure you pay attention to any medications
you take, even over the counter ones. If you suspect any medicine
you are taking is causing a rise in your blood pressure, be sure to
mention this to your doctor.

High blood pressure can be caused by many factors, depending on
your own habits and genetic makeup. If you have high blood
pressure, your doctor can help you identify any risk factors so you
can make the necessary changes. We’ve been looking at some of the
causes of high blood pressure, and in some cases they can be fairly
straightforward. When you’ve pinpointed the cause of your own
high blood pressure, it can be simpler to come up with a plan to
control it.

Join HRU for programs that focus on triage consulting and
investment for your nursing staff.

I hope that this video helps all of us when dealing with chest

Diet heart healthy? Is it? Its time to change your diet and meal
plans now before you experience cardiovascular disease or
sudden death! If we do not change our diets and include daily
exercise we can and will be a victim of the ‘silent killer’.

Even
women, children,and men of all ages are at risk due to their
bad eating habits as they are eating and drinking far to many
processed foods and drinks filled with high fructose corn
syrup and sodium.

To change the diet to heart healthy, start gradually by
adding lots more fresh raw foods, eating more legumes and
beans, organic seeds and nuts-not the salted ones, using
extra virgin olives oil, flax seed oil, coconut oil instead
of corn and vegetable oils, really lean meats and very
little dairy and only if its raw milk or lowfat milk.

Blood pressure reading can save your life and that of your loved
ones! Do you know your blood pressure reading? Is it in the
normal range of 120/80 or is above this or below this? Being in
control of your own blood pressure reading is vital to being alive
and staying alive as it can be deadly. Your blood pressure
reading is controllable mostly by what you eat, drink and
regular exercise on a daily basis, even something as simple as
taking a walk done regularly controls and improves one’s blood
pressure reading.

So what blood pressure is normal? Does every healthy person
the same? The figures in the top of the page represent the
systolic / the first number. This is the measurement of blood
pressure when the heart contracts to make a hit. …

In my opinion we all need to own a blood pressure monitor at
home or office, whichever is most convenient for us, to use on
a weekly basis. Taking a blood pressure reading at the same
time of day, a quiet time for us is the most accurate. I have
white lab-coat syndrome so this is important for me as I do
not want to ever be on medications for a high blood pressure.

I also control my blood pressure reading by adding fresh
garlic and fresh chopped onion to my salads and dishes as
these two herbs work great for this also. Adding more raw
foods to my diet has increased my success in dealing with
blood pressure as well. Daily exercise is important and
probably ranks as number one way to drop blood pressure
readings tremendously as it decreases belly fat-the
dangerous fat around your internal organs that cause extra
pressure on the heart.

reading that you have when you take your blood pressure.

heart attack or stroke appears out of nowhere, this is why its
called the ‘silent killer’. This is affecting all ages and especially
in our youth.

Heart muscle? is my heart really a muscle that needs proper
nutrition and exercise? Yes, most definitely! Lack of exercise
and a diet full of unhealthy fats, sugar loaded desserts and
drinks, excessive alcohol and over doing caffeine will cause
the heart muscle to become weak and unable to pump blood
sufficiently through out the body. Cardiovascular disease is
the number one killer today so I think its best to learn how
to take care of our heart muscle.

Our heart muscle needs a diet rich in Omega 3′s, lots of raw
fruits and vegetables along with lean proteins so as not to
have fat develop in the heart muscle causing disease and its
ability to pump blood strongly and throughout the entire
body easily.

Let’s prevent cardiovascular disease in our lives by taking
care of our heart muscle. This article offers us all some
heart health tips today:

Heart Diseases and Foods ~ E – News

Coronary heart disease is the most common of all heart
diseases. It is characterized by blockage in the coronary
arteries that result in reduction of blood flows to the heart
muscle, depriving it of vital oxygen. …
-and-foods.html

When we exercise by brisk walking or maybe by adding
some weights to our exercise regiment, we help build the
heart muscle so it stays healthy. Exercise and health diet
will keep the heart muscle and the blood it has to pump
healthy, also helping reduce cholesterol levels, triglyceride
levels and also maintain blood sugar levels to prevent
diabetes.

Keeping the heart muscle strong also prevents disease such
as a heart attack or stroke also, and keep the blood
pressures in the normal ranges.

Prevent a Heart Attack and Effective Cure for
Heart Attack …

So, let’s learn how to prevent a heart attack.
A heart attack is the number one killer of men and
women over 65 years of age. It occurs when the
heart muscle is injured or does not receive enough
oxygen. However that doesn’t mean …

When you get your annual checkups, be sure and get
your blood pressure checked, you cholesterol’s levels
your triglyceride level, and your blood sugars so you
can keep the heart muscle healthy along with the blood
it is pumping. You may even want to own a blood
pressure monitor to check it at the office and your
home, they usually will keep a record for you to see
how you are doing.
