<p>Hawthorn is a herb that has been used for thousands of years and is used in the dried fruit form and dried flowers of this herbal shrub.</p>
<p>Hawthorn is capable of lowing high blood pressures in several different ways. Our cholesterol levels need to be kept at a healthy balance without drugs and hawthorn is capable of lowing cholesterol deposits in our blood vessels.</p>
<p>Hawthorn relaxes our blood vessels and when this is allowed we have increaded efficiency in our circulation of the blood and when this is allowed, the blood pressure is more stable at 120/80.</p>
<p>Garlic is another one of the ancient herbs as far back in history as to 3000 BC.   The Chinese, the Egyptian and the European peoples have known of its health benefits for us all.</p>
