Cardio Exercise is when you raise your heart rate over a period
of 30 to 45 minutes on a consistent basis to raise your
metabolism to burn fat, keep the heart muscle healthy, the veins
and arteries pliable and bloods flows easily.

It does not have to been a grueling and pounding on our bodies,
