What have we done to our natural raw fruits and raw vegetables? Cooked them and throw away the liquids that they were cooked in where all the nutrients are located now. What have we done to the natural grains and seeds? We have processed them and taken out the very necessary fibers that we need for our colon health.
What we done to the drinks we use every day? They are processed, preservatives added and tons of sugars and sodium’s to please our taste buds. What happened to clean pure water?
