Heart Health Matters:

Heart healthy is maintained when we include foods daily that keep
our heart muscle strong and healthy, our blood pressures under
control, our cholesterol levels in the healthy levels and our
triglyceride levels in the proper range and don’t forget to keep the
blood sugar levels maintained by diet.

Healthy Tips:

Eat foods such as those with great fibers such as the whole grains,
beans, legumes, organic seeds and nuts to help with the digesting
of our foods constantly. Be sure and add that great herb-the garlic,
chopped fresh and added to our salads, soups, baked potatoes and
making a tea with a bit of organic honey to sweeten. Amazing heart
health is obtained by doing this also. Eat lots of raw veggies to get
the nutrients they offer, the fiber they contain and when eating
them raw you are not putting lots of fat on them to clog up the
arteries either.

Exercise daily, such as walking and adding short burst of speed to up
the heart rate to improve the heart muscle and this pushing the
blood throughout the body successfully.
