that includes every age of person, need to exercise our heart<br />
muscle. It is the number one reason to exercise for all of us. Way<br />
to many of us think we just need to exercise to control our weight<br />
and decrease our waist lines of belly fat, but when you do heart<br />
exercises, you will decrease weight, increase stamina, keep the<br />
muscles toned throughout the entire body.</p>
<p>Heart exercise can and should include all forms of aerobic<br />
exercises such as walking in parks, walking up stairs, parking<br />
further away from our grocery outlets, shopping malls and<br />
school functions. These all will improve our heart muscle and<br />
our heart health matters more than you can imagine.</p>
<p>Heart exercise that will improve your health also include<br />
biking, swimming, elliptical machines, dancing of all kinds,<br />
water aerobics of all kinds, tai chi and other forms of exercise.</p>
