1. Raw garlic chopped, raw chopped onions, raw apples<br />

3. Oatmeal with fresh berries<br />
4. Raw celery in salads or smoothies<br />
5. Wild caught salmon and avocado</p>
<p>These foods tops my list and they really work! Why not add them<br />
at least 3 or more times per week. The raw fruits and raw<br />
vegetables can be added to smoothies and your salads and will<br />
definitely improve and help lower blood pressure naturally.</p>
