who market and analyze what you will be eating next know you<br />
are not really going to slow down and based their livelihoods on<br />

children to children in extreme danger from eating too much fast<br />
food. What does this have to do with being busy, well read on.<br />
BMI or <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.myhealthmattersnow.com/goto/_Body_Mass_Index_/1240/2" target="_blank"> Body Mass Index </a> is an estimate of the ration of fat to<br />
muscle and bone based on your weight and height. An easy way<br />
to find you BMI is to take the weight of the person to the height<br />

<p>Underweight people will have a BMI less than 18.5, where as<br />
someone with what&#8217;s considered a Normal weight will have a<br />
BMI 18.5 to 24.9. You would be considered Overweight if your<br />
BMI reaches between 25 to 29.9, and you are considered Obese<br />
if your BMI is 30 or greater. When the BMI reaches 40 and<br />

When a person is overweight or has a BMI reaching 30 or higher<br />
the risk diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, stroke, and some<br />
cancers increases. Deaths from obesity-related causes in the<br />
U.S. are now the second-leading cause of death after smoking,<br />
accounting for more than 16% of all deaths. A person who is<br />
looking to reduce their BMI might want to start looking at the<br />
labels on their food. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA),<br />
by law have to provide consumer information on the food that<br />
is sold in stores. On the package somewhere by law is a<br />
breakdown of serving size and nutrients such as fat, protein &amp;<br />
carbohydrates and the percentages that represent the daily<br />
Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for a 2000-Calorie<br />
diet.</p>
<p>The national measurements account like this: 18.5-<br />
Underweight, 18.6-24.9- Average weight, 25-29.9-Overweight,<br />
30 and rising, you should consult a doctor as your blood<br />
pressure is probably too high along with other factors that<br />
might be you in the risk category for heart disease, stroke,<br />
diabetes, and hypertension. The cause of death in the U.S.<br />
continues to rise and we continue to gain unwarranted weight.</p>
<p>Getting your weight under control can be done in small simple<br />
steps such as an exercise program which could include<br />
walking, swimming, running, aerobics, yoga, and so many<br />
other activities that increase the heart muscle which then<br />
increases blood flow which then moves those fat deposits out<br />
of the body.</p>

preservatives and sugar will give you maybe an instant surge<br />
of energy but in the long run you will be depleted quicker and<br />

older. There are more dying in American of a heart attack than<br />
cancer today. Women are especially at risk, as they are the<br />
caretakers instead of taking care of their health matters. The<br />
statistics are pretty scary ladies, so lets get on the band wagon<br />
and take action to prevent a heart attack from happening to us<br />
suddenly. There&#8217;s over 8 million of us women and 10% of them<br />
are under 65 years of age. Ladies, its about 6 times as many of<br />
us will die from a heart attack as those that die of having breast<br />
cancers.</p>
<p>So what can we do to prevent a heart attack? We can watch our<br />
weight especially that belly fat. We can change our diets to<br />
include lots more raw foods, organic seeds and nuts, extra lean<br />
proteins that include brown rice, beans and all the legumes,<br />
drink more water and at least add walking for our exercise<br />
programs.</p>
<p>We have a lot of the same symptoms as men, but we also need<br />
to include that sudden numbness or cold sweats, incredible<br />
indigestion, dizziness and extreme back pain. These all can be<br />
a sign of a heart attack and needs our immediate attention.</p>
<p>Heart attacks can do a lot of bodily damage to our health<br />
matters so take signs seriously. Prevent disability, stokes and<br />
paralysis from happening by quick action.</p>
