<p>Congestive heart failure occurs when for reasons unknown the<br />
heart is unable to effectively pump the blood over the human<br />

<p>Heart food is important from the time our babies starting eating<br />
foods as the heart is their lifeline to healthy living and all of their<br />
health matters now. Are you serious? you say. Yes, what they<br />

matters, their immune systems, their kidney health, their brain<br />
health, their ability to study, their weight controls and the list<br />
goes on.</p>
<p>Heart food is so important to all of us that, did you know that<br />
your young people probably will not live to a ripe old age, due<br />
to food that they are consuming today!</p>
<p>Heart food is to important as we all start developing heart risks<br />
at such an early age now, due to all the processed foods we are<br />
eating, the fast foods like cookies and chips, the drinks with all<br />
of the high fructose syrups included in them and our lack of<br />
fiber rich foods and all those raw foods with those enzymes to<br />
digest our foods properly.</p>
<p>Heart food needs to be taken seriously as more children are<br />

fructose corn syrups, preservatives, high sodium and drink lots<br />
of fluids that contain these ingredients, we are not protecting<br />

were created. We begin this process of eating foods that are<br />
unhealthy and full of fats and sugars we do not need and the<br />
buildup starts early in life.</p>
<p>When arteries become clogged and filled with plaque, the blood<br />
flow is challenged and this is when we start to experience sudden<br />
heart attacks, strokes and other forms of cardiovascular diseases.<br />

when they climb above 150 into several hundreds that our<br />

and adding exercise to our daily schedules. I know because<br />
