fructose corn syrups, preservatives, high sodium and drink lots<br />

were created. We begin this process of eating foods that are<br />

of salty snacks, using refined salts instead of sea salt and<br />
natural salts, eating lots of fatty meats, drinking alcohol<br />
excessively and drinking lots of caffeine and fructose<br />
