<p>Positive stress called Eustress is the kind that gives us that awesome feeling of joy and fulfilling what we what now. Negative stress is distress and that comes with us worrying about everything. Distressing about things can cause nervous breakdowns, hypertension, loss of sleep, headaches as severe as migraines, digestive problems and different kinds of pains in our bodies.</p>
