health matters. Walnuts contain that healthy fat we need for<br />

<p>Walnuts also contain a high quality protein, Omega 3, and<br />
other vitamins and minerals, also offers that great fiber we<br />
need in our diets. As few a 7 walnuts daily will do all of these<br />
tasks, so what not take them along as a snack, add them to<br />
your salads whether green or fruit to include them daily.</p>

advertised them as a health food and the FDA didn&#8217;t like<br />
