potatoes with skins but omitting all that butter and sour cream,<br />

all those hypertension symptoms. When you include more<br />
starch food you will need to decrease all those fatty foods, and<br />
those foods full of unhealthy fats and sugars. Starch food makes<br />
you feel much fuller and improves the fiber to improve<br />

<p>Heart healthy is maintained when we include foods daily that keep<br />
our heart muscle strong and healthy, our blood pressures under<br />
control, our cholesterol levels in the healthy levels and our<br />
triglyceride levels in the proper range and don&#8217;t forget to keep the<br />
blood sugar levels maintained by diet.</p>
<h2>Healthy Tips:</h2>
<p>Eat foods such as those with great fibers such as the whole grains,<br />
beans, legumes, organic seeds and nuts to help with the digesting<br />
of our foods constantly. Be sure and add that great herb-the garlic,<br />
chopped fresh and added to our salads, soups, baked potatoes and<br />
making a tea with a bit of organic honey to sweeten. Amazing heart<br />
health is obtained by doing this also. Eat lots of raw veggies to get<br />
the nutrients they offer, the fiber they contain and when eating<br />
them raw you are not putting lots of fat on them to clog up the<br />
arteries either.</p>
<p>Exercise daily, such as walking and adding short burst of speed to up<br />
the heart rate to improve the heart muscle and this pushing the<br />
blood throughout the body successfully.</p>

are the number one nut and have at least 15 times more<br />
antioxidants then roasted or cooked nuts.  These are definitely<br />
heart healthy vitamin and nutrients to improve our heart<br />
health matters. Walnuts contain that healthy fat we need for<br />
protection of our bodies and especially the heart.</p>
<p>Walnuts also contain a high quality protein, Omega 3, and<br />
other vitamins and minerals, also offers that great fiber we<br />
need in our diets. As few a 7 walnuts daily will do all of these<br />
tasks, so what not take them along as a snack, add them to<br />
your salads whether green or fruit to include them daily.</p>
<p>Walnuts have been in the news lately as a company<br />
advertised them as a health food and the FDA didn&#8217;t like<br />

<p>There are lots of reports showing us the value of walnuts<br />
for our heart health, preventing cancers, Type 2 diabetes<br />
provide energy to do our tasks, keep the liver healthy<br />
and prevent gallstones. Eat your walnuts to help keep<br />
your entire family healthy. There are other healthy nuts<br />
when eaten in raw form such as almonds and Brazil nuts.</p>
<p>Please do not use salted and roasted ones as you lose the<br />
great quality they provide and we do not need that kind<br />
of salt for our heart health matters!</p>
<p>Walnuts can be chopped for adding to your fruit breads,<br />
coating on fish when you steam or bake it, put into<br />
lunch bags and you also can find walnut oils for use with<br />
your stir frying.</p>

combination when it come to our heart health matters. When<br />
potassium and over salting the foods we eat are not kept in a good<br />
balance we can experience cardiovascular diseases such as a heart<br />
attack and or a stroke.l This is critical to keep our potassium foods<br />
on the menu daily.</p>
<p>When we can balance our low potassium levels and keep them in<br />
the normal range, we can deal with sodium. Most all processed<br />
foods such as chips of any kind and canned foods all contain lots of<br />
sodium and challenge our heart health matters, even to the point<br />
of death.</p>
<p>We are addicted to the salty taste of foods and this is something<br />
we need to challenge ourselves to gradually give up on.  Adding<br />
all kinds of herbs for flavoring will bring great health benefits. It<br />
can be done! Start by taking the salt shaker off the table. Cook<br />
your foods without adding salt, they will taste a bit different at<br />
first so add a splash of lemon juice and sodium free spices to bring<br />
out their true flavors.</p>
<p>Eat more raw foods to manage low potassium such as carrots,<br />
bananas, swiss chard, yams, spinach, av0coda, grapes, if you use<br />
milk switch to the low fat ones, and yogurt to increase potassium<br />
levels so you can combat the dangers of to much salt or sodium.</p>

<p>Controlling the sodium levels of foods we eat and the drinks we<br />
use daily, will help prevent hypertension and high blood<br />
pressures which can lead to serious cardiovascular diseases.</p>
<p>Learning to add more potassium rich foods will balance our<br />

<p>In my opinion we all need to own a blood pressure monitor at<br />
home or office, whichever is most convenient for us, to use on<br />
a weekly basis. Taking a blood pressure reading at the same<br />
time of day, a quiet time for us is the most accurate. I have<br />
white lab-coat syndrome so this is important for me as I do<br />
not want to ever be on medications for a high blood pressure.</p>
<p>I also control my blood pressure reading by adding fresh<br />
garlic and fresh chopped onion to my salads and dishes as<br />
these two herbs work great for this also. Adding more raw<br />
foods to my diet has increased my success in dealing with<br />
blood pressure as well. Daily exercise is important and<br />

readings tremendously as it decreases belly fat-the<br />
