Cholesterol and heart disease are serious health matters for any
age of person. Even our children are experiencing high
cholesterol readings due to their inactivity and the rise in obesity
of all today. When we continue to super-size our french fried, drink
all those diet and regular sodas, drink all those with high fructose
corn syrup, that are not nutritional foods but an addiction to the
sugars and salts added, we will have heart disease on the rise.

When we can understand that what we continue to eat and drink
affects our bodies and our immune systems on a daily basis, we
will be able to understand that not foods are created equal and
have food valuable to our bodies. We are terribly addicted to
sugars and sodium’s in our foods, we eat because we crave
certain tastes of food and drink.

This article explains how cholesterol and heart disease are very
serious heart health matters to all of us, even our children.
