people are having heart attacks, strokes, high blood pressure, high
cholesterol levels and high triglyceride levels. It isn’t an older

1. Know your cholesterol levels.
2. Know your blood pressure levels.
3. Are you over-weight?
4. Do you eat healthy foods?
5. Do you exercise 3 to 5 times weekly?
6. Do you have diabetes?
7. Do you smoke?
8. Are you under lots of stress?

This is a serious health matter as approximately 80 million
people are dealing with some sort of cardiac disease. Is it any
wonder that there is more deaths from cardiovascular
diseases than any other cause. Did you realize that
