<p>When we choose to indulge in tons of processed foods with high<br />
fructose corn syrups, preservatives, high sodium and drink lots<br />

were created. We begin this process of eating foods that are<br />

to maintain that balance to keep our blood pressures in the<br />
normal range of 120/80, thus preventing pre-hypertension<br />

on the menu daily.</p>
<p>When we can balance our low potassium levels and keep them in<br />
the normal range, we can deal with sodium. Most all processed<br />
foods such as chips of any kind and canned foods all contain lots of<br />
sodium and challenge our heart health matters, even to the point<br />
of death.</p>
<p>We are addicted to the salty taste of foods and this is something<br />
we need to challenge ourselves to gradually give up on.  Adding<br />
all kinds of herbs for flavoring will bring great health benefits. It<br />
can be done! Start by taking the salt shaker off the table. Cook<br />
your foods without adding salt, they will taste a bit different at<br />
first so add a splash of lemon juice and sodium free spices to bring<br />
out their true flavors.</p>

<p>In my opinion we all need to own a blood pressure monitor at<br />

of your food and drink that you use on a daily basis? Do you just<br />
eat out of habit, what tastes good? Take a serious look around, at<br />
yourself, your children and others you see daily, are they<br />
overweight, do they exercise, do they drink lots of alcohol daily?</p>
<p>Are they on prescription drugs for every ache and pain, do they<br />
have diabetes, high blood blood pressures, high cholesterol, high<br />
triglycerides, then just maybe they are not eating the proper<br />
heart food to be healthy.</p>
<p>Heart food is those foods that are not full of saturated unhealthy<br />
fats, full of sodium, white flours and loaded with sugars of all sorts<br />
such as high fructose corn syrups. Make water with added fresh<br />
lemon juice or a teaspoon of organic apple cider, you drink of<br />
choice to keep blood hydrated and improving the heart health.</p>

whole grains, legumes and beans, extra lean proteins if you eat<br />
