Healthy heart tips include adding lots of raw fruits and raw vegetables instead of the sweet and salty snacks that we probably are used to every day. Adding a regiment of daily exercising to aide the heart muscle in strengthening it and not weakening it with over-doing a rigid exercise program. Watch which oils we are including in our diet and cooking as we want the extra-virgin olive oils and the flax seed oils for our good omega’s and not the saturated fats only. If we smoke, then that is something we need to eliminate from our lifestyle as well.

Adding lots of low fat, high fiber and extra lean proteins, with little or no salt is a great improvement to keeping our healthy heart. This will cut our risk of heart failure and restore our heart to become healthy again. A healthy lifestyle can cut the risk of heart failure in half, so you see how important a diet is to a healthy heart.
