Women’s Hypertension

Women’s hypertension is just as serious as a man’s hypertension
and just as many, if not more than men, will die from heart
disease today. Heart disease is a serious health matter and being
educated on the issues of high blood pressure will help you
prevent serious heart disease. Learning to eat a diet rich in raw
foods and cutting out sugar loaded snacks and desserts, quit
smoking, exercising daily, cut down on sodium intake, quit
eating fatty and fried foods. get off drinking sodas and diet
drinks of all kinds and add fresh water daily.

Do you know the symptoms of womens hypertension and
heart disease? Do you feel numbness in the arms, do you
break out in cold sweats? do you have chest pressures? do
you suddenly feel sickly, do you have jaw pain suddenly?
Every second does count when you have these sudden
symptoms and you need to  dial 911 for help.

Having an EKG is a safe measure to have one taken so if and
when you do have some of the signs of heart disease. This
gives your clinician some track record of your bodies
performance. There are lots of other types of checking to
