Understanding blood pressure is where our heart health matters starts, so

its important to understand and always ask our health clinicians what our

blood pressure numbers are. Are they lower than the normal that they say

is optimum for us or are they in the pre-hypertension levels in the range

above that, or are we in the higher range of 140/90 and classified as

hypertension and much higher risk?

Having high blood pressure is a serious health risk for you or

your children. Hypertension-High Blood pressure is sometimes

know as the ’silent killer’ and can affect anyone at any age if it

isn’t properly treated as in a diet change from fast junk and

sugar loaded soft drink and even the diet soft drinks. Eating

a diet rich in raw fruits and raw vegetables, organic seeds and

nuts, whole grain foods, legumes and extra lean proteins, is a

great way to improve your health matters.

We do not want to have to deal with the consequences of

having high blood pressures and the terrible side effects.
