1. Face- is it sagging.
2. Arms- tingling and are they numb and limp, especially on one side.
3. Speech- is it slurred and slow
4. Time- Act Fast! Call for emergency help!

Strokes today are the third largest cause of death here in these United States. Strokes are
caused by blockage in the arteries causing blood flow to be disrupted or blood clotting that
disrupts proper flow of blood to the brain.
To help ourselves be healthy we need to eat a diet rich in raw fruits and vegetables to be on
the safe side.

Strokes are the third leading cause of death in the US. Dr. Dahlman’s video explains stroke
symptoms and signs of a stroke which are sudden numbness or weakness of the face, arms
or leg, especially on one side of the body. Other stroke symptoms can be sudden confusion,
trouble speaking or loss of coordination. Stroke symptoms that occur for a short period
of time are signs of a mini stroke and are called a transient ischemic attack (TIA).
