Stroke is a serious illness that affects the brain and it can affect a person at any age. education is the best way to help anyone experiencing any symptoms of sudden change in the body, especially on one side of the body.
Stroke is one of those cardiovascular diseases that time is one of the top priorities when ti comes to getting help so another one doesn’t come quickly again. The side effects can be very debilitating to the person having a stroke, causing a lengthy recovery, and possible hospital or rest home recovery.

Take care of your health matters now and eat diets rich in omega 3’s , exercising regularly, quit smoking, lose a few pounds. The healthy heart diet of less sodium, no sweetened foods with corn syrup, no sugar loaded drinks, no diet drinks as all of these have nutrients to poison the body, not nourish and keep it healthy.
Even young people are dying of heart attacks due to not taking cardiovascular disease seriously. This has happened in my neighborhood two times in the last couple of weeks from a lady of 24 years of age and a man of 47 years and I have lost my mother this year in her late 80’s due to complications of a stroke also.
