Can I Reduce Blood Pressure with mineral? Yes, You can. Yes, I have done just that by including lots of organic raw fruits, organic raw vegetables, whole grain cereals and breads, walnuts and almonds and legumes on a daily basis. I also use chopped raw garlic, chopped raw onion on my green salads and use olive oil or flax oil mixed with fresh lemon juice for my dressing.

Did you ever stop and see how much sodium you consume on a daily basis? I think you just might discover that it is about a 3 to 1 ratio of sodium to potassium and too much sodium is also a possibility of blood pressure increases.
