		<description>Great information and it&#039;s all so frustrating, isn&#039;t it?  There is such a thing as personal responsibility, yet as a nation we seem to keep pointing our fingers to fast food chains and soft drink vendors.  I wish I knew what it would take for people to wake up, take a look at themselves (literally), notice how yucky they feel, and consider the possibility that maybe just maybe their own choices have created their life experience.
