Naturally Lower blood pressure by eating foods
that are potassium rich and will help us deal
with keeping our blood pressure in the normal
ranges and for helping us Lower our blood
pressure if they are becoming in the
unhealthy range.

Let’s look at some foods that are the highest
in potassium such as the seaweed from the
deep, which is usually found in our health
food stores and outlets. Sunflower seeds
are great sources but not the ones loaded
with all that salt and processing that you
see so many eating at ballgames.

There are lots of great potassium in several of
the nut family such as the brazil nut and almond,
walnuts and pecans also.

Another great potassium source that can help
us Naturally lower blood pressure are to make
us a green salad of lettuces, cucumbers,
spinach, chopped garlic, tomatoes, celery,
radish, carrots, fresh mushrooms, broccoli,
some of the red and white cabbages,
chopped onion and then add a few grapes,
chopped apple to top it off. Now doesn’t that
sound delicious for a great tasting salad and
you will be treating your heart to a heart
healthy meal that will naturally lower
blood pressure.

Why don’t we bake a yam to go with our
dinner salad, top it off with some chopped
dates, dried figs, few chopped chives with
a sprinkle of cayenne and here again we
have a meal loaded with potassium for our
bodies health and good for the heart also.
