Immune System and Heart disease-now how can these two affect each other? The immune System is our defense system to protect us from bacteria, infections, inflammations and yes, even Heart disease.

Our bodies are a complex system of cells that are supplied by the foods we eat and drink on a daily basis. This is the number one reason to eat only healthy raw foods and organic grains and meats so that our immune system is healthy and thus preventing , even heart disease and diabetes.

Take a few minutes for a more detailed view of how the malfunction of our immune system and heart disease are related:

Malfunction of Immune System

Nutritonal Immunology studies the effects of nutrition on our body immune system and how it defend against diseases. For information please click: www.freewebs.com

When we abuse our bodies, we are causing damage to our cells that protect and destroy all of the invaders of germs, bacterias of all forms and kinds, including colds and flu, respiratory infections, causing our immune system to weaken its defense system. When we consume all those sugar loaded drinks and snack foods, we are wreaking our immune system. Take a look at the labels and see how much nutrition is in them. There is not one nutrient that has not been processed and of therefore is of No Value for protection of our immune system.

So is the number cause of heart disease due to our challenged immune system?  We are forcing our bodies to eat foods, just for the sake of eating, not keeping our health matters  as our number one priority. Pay attention to your immune system and prevent heart disease, diabetes and colds and flu now. Include those Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin D foods to build up a defense system, that is our immune system.
