Hot flashes-lack of Sleep-high Blood pressure seems to  have connection in our womens health matters. Hot flashes cause lack of Sleep due to lots of sweating and then we can be affected by high Blood pressure. everything that we eat, do and think about are reasons to consider when dealing with our health matters now.

Menopause is being studied more today than ever before for other connections for our health issues. Recent studies are linking menopause to high blood pressure so we need to learn more about this for ourselves for our own protection. We know that sweating and a rapid heartbeat with intense heat are symptoms of menopause and could they be  connected to high blood pressure?

It seems that as we age and our children become busier and then trying to squeeze in all the activites of family life, work life and recreation for all, that we don’t get enough sleep, night after night and then over time this will take a toll on our health matters. One of them can be high blood pressure caused from stress, tension and sleeplessness, lack of a proper diet of raw fruits, raw vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins. We have a tendency to get meals-to-go and they contain lots of salt and preservatives and this isn’t good for our blood pressure. Lots of sugar-loaded drinks and snacks contribute to the foods that aren’t healthy for all either.
