Heart health is on all the TV news these days with the death of 2 young men in the entertainment business, one with music and the other one a popular TV commercial producer. What was the cause of their heart issues? Was it the foods that they didn’t eat properly? Was it their lack of exercise? Was it an issue with their heart that possibly could have been avoided?
