Heart Disease in Women is something we ladies need to take very seriously as we can have a Heart attack without any warnings. We learn about how men have heart attacks but never pay attention to our own health. CAD or the term of Coronary artery disease is the most common and causes the most heart attacks. When you have CAD, the arteries become narrow and hard over time and so the blood has a hard time getting to our hearts.

This leads to angina, a chest pain or sometimes a discomfort in our chests. It can feel like we have some pressure or even a squeezing pain in the upper back or the chest.
