Healthy fats for the heart are important to keeping it healthy,
keeping cholesterol down, blood pressure and hypertension
levels optimal, and avoid inflammation that cause all kinds
of cardiovascular disease.
By Changing our diets to include those foods with healthy fats,
we will improve our heart heath as well. By incorporating lots
more natural foods with healthy fats, increases our heart
health also. So what kinds of fats do I need to avoid for my
heart to be healthy? We need to avoid all trans fats and
hydrogenated fats from our diets. These 2 fats are commonly
found on our snack foods such a baked goods, chips, salted
peanuts, in our gas stations that we frequent and pick up
junk foods to go. By purchasing some juices and low fat
products instead, we will cut down on lots of trans fats.
Even though at lots of the pre-packed foods stay,
trans fat free, they have lowered the serving size and
do not have to label, small amounts of trans fat in
their products.

foods, from the canned good, the baked goods, and the fried foods,
as most all will have some form of trans fat in them, even though,
posted that they don’t.
Include lots more raw foods into your daily meals, trim fat
from meats, make more meals homemade instead of
pre-packaged to become heart healthy. There are lots of
great healthy fats for the heart in all natural foods.
