Healthy Heart

Healthy Heart is possible for all of us. Baring some examples such
as degenerative Heart disease or birth defects but you still need to
eat and exercise to have even a defective heart as Healthy as possible.

Healthy heart in today’s world seems that it begins to decrease at the
age of 12 today. What is the cause of this? Is it all those fast foods,
those snacks foods full of sugars and corn syrup, those drinks and
sodas that are full of sugar and sodium? Is it all those ‘toys’ that are
hand held and not any exercise on a daily basis?
