Womens Heart Health

Womens Heart Health is a serious Health risk to all women of
today. Heart disease is the number one killer of women. You
thought it was cancer or something else, didn’t you? The
statistics say that over a half million die from heart disease
a year, is that enough for you to take your heart health
seriously?

Here some great health tips on womens heart health for us
to stay and become more heart healthy:

heart health from cardiologist Kellie Lane, MD of the Augusta
Cardiology Clinic.

Eating a diet rich in raw foods, organic nuts and seeds, legumes,
extra lean proteins, plenty of water, limiting lots of sodium and
having a great exercise regiment will improve our heart health.

Educating ourselves on what to eat, eating lots of raw foods to
help improve our digestion , will also improve our heart health
as well. When our foods are digested properly, we increase the
nutrients that we absorb and will keep us healthier.
