Heart healthy diet is one with lots of raw vegetables and raw fruits, low saturated fats, very little if any white sugars, frutose and all those ending in ‘ose’, low sodium, and take it easy of the fats of meats. Your heart depends a lot on what you eat so take charge of your health matters and what you and your family consume on a daily basis.
